Marvel Super Heroes vs Street Fighter has the most restrictive combo system of the entire versus series by far. Comparing each of these combos with their XvSF counterparts, it’s very interesting to observe how izumojin worked around the returning characters’ newfound limitations.

In case you haven’t noticed, error1 is producing fighting game videos for Machinima now. Apparently they’ve asked him to do a “Respawn Roll Call” video introducing himself, which he’s arranged as a voiceover on a Street Fighter Alpha tool-assisted speedrun featuring Rose and Guy.
highlights:
SFA Rose chip damage shenanigans at 2:15, Guy/Rose hitbox craziness at 3:16, Guy tool-assisted corner trap at 4:30, and Guy toying with Bison at 7:20

In ikusat’s words, Yatagarasu is really just a spiritual doujin successor to 3rd Strike, so if you don’t like SF3:3S then you won’t like this either. Yatagarasu4 is the newest version, featuring eight characters and various game modes. It’s interesting to spot the obvious homages to 3S moves.
highlights:
YG4 Hanzo backwards juggle starter at 0:33, Crow corner Shoto combo at 0:38, Chadha juggle grapple at 1:12, and Jet touch-of-death at 1:33

Whoever comes up with the best caption wins issue #5 of Udon’s original Street Fighter comic series (with limited edition power cel Guile cover by Shinkiro). As before, the rules are one entry per person and i’ll choose my favorite on Tuesday.
By the way, if you missed the twitter update last week, i had to migrate the entire website to another host. Hopefully the new server will provide improved speed and uptime. Unfortunately, user accounts were wiped out during the move, so you may have to take a minute to re-register.
SF4 Cammy wakes up with reversal Gyro Drive Smasher ultra after being knocked down by C.Viper’s c.HK sweep, while Viper’s Burst Time ultra fills the screen with lightning and debris.
