SSF4AE Balrog Final Turn Punch Combos by ASR

Somehow i managed to convince ASR to start uploading Super Street Fighter IV Arcade Edition combo videos to his u2b channel. While this particular combovid is about a month old, hopefully it will mark the beginning of several new videos released for our viewing pleasure. Be sure to check out his channel and leave a supportive comment. Consider it an investment.

ComboVid.com SSF4AE Combo Exhibition v.one

This project grew out of a Super Street Fighter IV Arcade Edition combovid that Snoooootch was working on. Somehow it evolved from a quick collaboration between him and Lukenessmonster, into a five-minute video containing twenty elaborate combos from over seven contributors.

notes:
Many of these combos were tool-assisted via programmable controllers or input macro scripting. As usual, all of our combos follow standard meter restrictions. Absolutely no hacks, cheats, or game-altering devices were used in the making of this video.

MvC3 Tron Bonne Combo Video by Persona

Tron Bonne isn’t one of the more combo-fueled characters in Marvel vs Capcom 3, but Persona still found a way to make her interesting in this exhibition. He mainly focuses on character-specific combos for her, without overusing X-Factor or assists for easy solutions.

highlights:
MvC3 Tron character-specific loop until death at 1:06, Tron Six-Servbot Surprise at 1:38, and Tron Beacon Bomb infinite at 2:41

MvC3 Combos from Another Point of View by Combonauts

I’m a little late posting this, but that’s bound to happen under the new policy from time to time. This combovid is definitely worth watching, even if you don’t play Marvel vs Capcom 3. Krusan and Tigre III figured out a way to tilt the camera to show a crazy angle during DHC combos.

highlights:
MvC3 Trish top-down boomerang death at 1:11, Zero/Ryu double vertical column at 1:29, and Hulk/IronMan/Wolverine midscreen-looking touch-of-death at 2:25

New Video Submission Policy

Unfortunately, i don’t have nearly as much time to search for new videos anymore, so anyone who wants their video featured here on ComboVid will have to submit the link directly to me.

Please include as much info as possible. If you send me the link and nothing else, i’m not going to bother posting it. I’ll never find the time for it, plain and simple. Anyway, you guys know which types of basic info i like to provide in each post. Please don’t make me locate it all on my own.

The main benefit of this policy is that it always allows the author to choose whether or not they want their video posted here – as well as verifying all the relevant info before any post gets published. (I’ll probably end up having to make an exception for non-English-speaking authors, just because it might be asking a bit much otherwise. I always try to gain their permission first anyway, even though it takes time to get a response.)
