I’m not entirely sure where this is going yet, but i feel there’s a void here that needs to be filled. I can’t guarantee whether i’ll have the time this idea demands, but it’s worth a shot.
My goal is to provide a centralized hub for combo video news and feedback – one place where everyone can go to find the latest releases and discuss technical discoveries. Basically, i want to make a website that i’d want to tell my friends about, knowing that something special would be waiting there to impress me every day.
There are countless news sites out there rehashing game industry chatter. Apart from major announcements, i don’t really care about the routine day-to-day teasing. As far as i’m concerned, the fun part only starts once we get our hands on the game.
With that in mind, i intend to focus on the players’ side of this whole colorful opera. We find some crazy stuff in these games when we put our minds to it, don’t we?
And that’s what ComboVid is all about.
