Well, it was only a matter of time, right? The first X-Men vs Street Fighter combovid by izumojin has arrived and it is absolutely incredible! I suppose now we’re going to have to revisit the debate over which Marvel game is the most hilariously broken: COTA or XvSF.

KoF2k PS2 Additional Striker Combos by adakino

Posted on July 4, 2011 by Maj

The PlayStation 2 version of King of Fighters 2000 had a few console-exclusive assist characters, and adakino puts them to good use here. I can’t quite figure out if this is a new video or simply a higher quality recording of a combovid from 2004, but either way it’s worth watching.

highlights:
KoF2k K’/Brian midscreen style exhibition at 0:03, Joe/Krizalid throw OTG death at 0:58, Mai/Orochi fan setups at 1:38, and Ryo calling out Mr.Big thirteen times at 1:59

SF4 Series Combo Challenge 2 by Snoooootch

Posted on July 4, 2011 by Maj

Snoooootch is hosting a new Street Fighter IV series combo challenge where the goal is to keep the opponent in the air as long as possible after a launcher. The contest will remain open until August 6th, and the winners will receive hand-drawn artwork as a prize.

notes:
Since Yun can mash his way to 10-second juggles, he’s been given a category all to himself. That means there are actually two prizes available. By the way, check out the C.Viper drawing near the end of the video for an example of Snoooootch’s artwork.
