    lolo godly trade stuff bro.

For the dhalsim vs fei long one at 1:35, could you have done flame kick trade to chickwing to super? or not enough time?

    • Snoooootch says:

Thanks for the positive comments guys, and yes, the chicken wing on that Dhalsim combo came out too late to land more than 2 hits of Fei’s super, so instead I did the 4 hitter.

I love this series of videos because of the editting and music choices. The nicknames for the combos add a sort of ‘pulp’ feel to the video, and it’s also helpful to identify them instead of just pointing to a point of time in the video X^D

Yeah i dig his presentation style too. It’s got lots of nice touches like matching colors of different costumes at 0:15. And the pulp thing definitely works. It feels like a trailer for an old 70s kung fu flick, which fits perfectly in Fei Long’s case.

I mean, not to make it sound flawless or anything. Like the capture quality isn’t the nicest i’ve seen and he doesn’t have uber-professional editing skills like the some of the SNK kids. But he has a vision and he really makes it work. That counts for a lot.

I can’t believe you noticed that!!! I matched Yellow for all their costumes and wondered if it even mattered.

Yeah, the intentional whiff came from the idea my brother gave me when he said, I like how you do rekkas to dash and get meter at the same time. Thus I thought I could add a rekka in the middle of a combo.
