Here's some combos I came up with today. I have been testing my old capture card to see how it looks compared to how it used to look before. For some reason it looks better.

SF3 Third Strike:
When Ryu performs his SA1 from a certain range (regardless if the target is airborn or not), and the opponent parries it, you are actually able to land your follow-up 1 frame before the last hit of SA1 will connect. And since SA1 resets juggle points, you can do some interesting shit this way:

The "combos" alone are quite short and probably more useful for some kind of TA-fight rather than a combo video, but who knows, probably someone can use this fact for a flashy clip.

Does 602 to Seth! Angry scar canceling is easier than I thought, not sure why I thought it was qcb, qcb+punch instead of kick (you can cancel his standing HK by doing d,db,b+HK,d,db,b+HK)

Wouldn't you do more damage with neutral jump HP? that's Sagats strongest jump attack.

Hm, I never looked into neutral attacks, this just came outta nowhere - guess I was on a HK train. I'll have to take a look at those numbers

so my 19 sonic boom combo,
in ssf4 booms gain you twice as much meter, so you should easily be able to gain at least 1 meter by doing 12 of them
not sure what good that would do but you could probably do ex boom, lp, boom
possibly getting an extra boom.

Doopliss, these are some combos I got recorded a little bit ago. They're pretty simple, but I'll post the here, I cause I don't plan to use them. Perhaps you can use them for your AE2012 CV, or, if we ever decide to make AE Comboexhibition v.two, we can stock pile them.

Gouken VS Blanka
Jump in HP (not Counterhit) -> Close HK
Close HK hits once, meaty... which can link in to Crouch HP, feels like a one frame link.
Is that what this thread is for, just random tidbits to offer out to see if anyone can do something with them?

edit: ho wow...got it to work, it is indeed a 1f link. nicely done, spacing on the jump in HP really matters for that meaty HK to link to the cr.HP.

Scripted. Had to capture at low quality, low res. because otherwise, with the lag Fraps creates, the macro program drops some important inputs (there's a few 1f things in here)
So using Pokey's meaty setup involving three heavy attacks, I wanted to go for a full stun combo. After I figured out that MP Senkugoshoha -> Denjin (i held/mashed it to level 2, hence the FADC) works, I thought a Maj-style FA3 trade setup would help me get over 950...Unfortunately, stun damage scales...
Without the Focus trade at the start, the combo does 825 stun, and this version does 783. Weird. 495 Damage.

fun fact: Fei Long vs. Rufus (and maybe others), you can get Shienkyaku FADC, juggle with HK Rekkukyaku (3 hits) then 3 juggling hits of Ultra 1. It does 1 less damage than a full ultra.

here a quirky combo i'm surprised we haven't seen yet
Ryu VS Hugo (probably works with other characters)
MP SRK (Correctly spaced Vs Hugo's Jump forward HK, probably works on others) -> Cancel in to LP Super, Hugo should loop up and land to it -> Jump HK Tatsu -> Ultra
A more refind version of this combo
Focus Level 3 (Forward dash) -> Back Jump -> SRK -> Cancel to LP Super -> Air Tatsu -> Ultra
Spaced 2 dashes away from corner
Ryu VS Hugo (probably works with other characters)
MP SRK (Correctly spaced Vs Hugo's Jump forward HK, probably works on others) -> Cancel in to LP Super, Hugo should loop up and land to it -> Jump HK Tatsu -> Ultra

For anyone who wants a Semi interesting Mika Combo for any CV's they have planned.
Charged HK (CH) -> Dash -> Stand HP -> Front Nadeshiko* -> Walk Forward Slightly -> Stand MP -> Stand HP (Late Cancel this) -> LP Ass -> HK Dropkick
*If done in corner use back Nadeshiko
407 Damage, Strongest meterless combo i've found with Mika, LP Ass is needed as others Increase juggle potential too high. & of course could tac an EX Wingless/Ass on the end of it, probably for Mika's strongest one bar combo. (339)

Akuma can combo his OTG's for example
V-Skill Kick -> V Trigger -> Taunt (OTG) -> Forward HP (OTG) = 4 hit combo
may already be known, i haven't seen it though.

It's a little tricky to get midscreen, have to walk a little before taunting, at least on Ken. You can also do it with b+HP, V-trigger on 2nd hit. this is a fun ender, though it's hard to do after another combo because of the pushback. It would surprise viewers, for sure

Lengthy hard as fuck Urien Combo, i can get it to just before the last two hits but at that stage i've fucked up & given up, my hands hurt i always grip the controller too tightly with charge motions. (The last two hits might not have the JP to hit, but i doubt it) Might be one for the TA's (Or someone with better exection than me)
