who have no good way to confirm into ultra
should even be useful for characters like fei, balrog, cammy, and dudly
who don't normally get full ultras

yeah it does, it's just the reason why fa3 is blockable under some conditions but gouken counter isn't

cross counter is also always unblockable, so are feis and cammys counters ( but those are more like throws.)
Goukens counter is technically blockable as far as the game is concerned, but has it has the same hit reaction whether you block it or not.

yeah, it seems like if google is ever going to fix something it might be this.
But based on past changes it seems unlikely they will do anything to improve it, and I think there is 0 chance of a roll back.
As bad as it is, it's not even top 5 things I don't like about the u2b design.

I can't see them making lv1 crumple or lv2 unblock able. lv1 crumple is an easy infinite combo and Lv2 is already faster then a some overheads.

it would be trivial to do but we don't know enough about it. And razor would beat me to it anyway

he has some pretty easy ones at the moment, that any decent guile player should be able to do. He needs the corner, but he also has a crazy good wall carry ( can bring seth from one corner to the other without using meter) But in theory infinates shouldn't be game breaking, beacuse that isn't even t...

Yeah there is a thin line with guile between week and op. I was surprised you didn't do much with the glasses, it's the only thing besides super meter that lasts between rounds

if you're not tasing anyway it doesn't really matter, kawaks probably won't crash as often.
Just assumed it was tool assisted beacuse it's in an emulator and fba-rr has tas support so you don't need to hex it.

you would need to remove 49 frames of charge time to stop it from being tasable

I'm not using the hitstop on 5hp for charging, I actually stop charging before I press hp

edit: it's pretty hard to nerph it with charge time just beacuse there is a lot of charge time I'm not using here, I'm wondering if you can making something weird happen if you try to dash after an lp feint

you are not dashing, you need the dash at the start to get close enough
it works vs everyone in the corner. Out of the corner it loops a few times, some characters it's enough to get to the corner.

yeah a human might not be able to charge that fast idk. Did you reduce the charge time from 55 frames? It seems like I am only charging 43 frames in the script
But my script isn't very optimized for charge times, I could probably late cancel the lp dash and get some more charge time

I think you can add a mp in there to make the charging easier
I think he can do the same kind of thing with c.hk once you fix cl.mk
