He doesn't seem to mention anything about a vid. It's all just game engine detail and whatnot.

Maj - ozy said he doesn't know the contact info for the whole of Sai-Rec, but he does know one guy who used to be a part of it. ozy was hesitent to give out the dude's contact info to someone he doesn't know, but he said kick down your question, and he'll pass it along.

When you copy and paste Japanese text, it just comes up as question marks? If you're using an old version of Photoshop, it may not even support non-ASCII characters. If you're using a newer version, make sure you have the East Asian Language Pack installed, like Ross said. From the control panel, go...

I just used Photoshop, created a new file with the same dimensions as the video (384x240 in my case), used the text tool to write my Japanese text, saved it as a PSD file, then imported into my Premiere project.

frstly does this make sense? straight forward but I want to make sure it's the correct kanji and order. 無 敵 まこと muteki makoto Are you trying to say "invincible Makoto"...? If so, that would be 無敵なまこと Also, and if this isn't the right place I apologise, does anyone know how to make premier...

Yeah, I'd have to agree that Tekken combos (or maybe 3D combos in general?) just aren't as cool as 2D combos. I mean, I understand that in TTT, 8 Electrics or whatever against True Ogre is super duper hard to do...but it just isn't visually impressive/pleasing. The only Tekken combo idea I've ever s...

Agreed. If I wanna watch anime (which I don't), then I'll watch anime, not a combo video.

It's brand new, but that auction has ended. :(

Sorry, ordinarily I'd get back to you faster, but I had been in Chiang Mai since Thursday, and I didn't have internet access.

Wow, just out of curiosity, I ran "cool, thanks" through babelfish, and I got の感謝涼しい which is complete and utter nonsense. If I had to try to translate that into English, it'd be something like:
's appreciation cold
or
appreciation cold of the

WOOOOOOW, could my memory be any worse? I totally forgot that I actually USED the multiple sonic booms glitch in my own Volume II. :? Holy moly, Tosaka said that the multiple Sonic Booms is a legit glitch in the Saturn version of SSF2, and in the near future, he hopes to release a video showing it. Nice!! I'm so glad I was wrong about that one!

Unfortunately he didn't know how to contact Sai-Rec.

Request Japanese translations here!

Because most (maybe all?) translation software is so bad it's practically useless, this thread is for any Japanese->English or English->Japanese translation requests. I promise I can provide a better translation than babelfish or Google Language Tools or whatever you may currently be using. (But ple...

what's going on in this screen shot? http://www.ne.jp/asahi/tosaka/combo/top.htm Actually, there is no caption or explanation for that screen shot, but I'm pretty sure it's just SSF2 on Kawaks. That'd be awesome if I were wrong and there really is some dope no-charge glitch...but I doubt that's the...

Most Japanese forums don't allow linking of any kind, so if you have an "http" or a "www" in your post, you get denied. There are probably all sorts of other restrictions that I'm not aware of, 'cause Japan has a big problem with spam bots bombarding their forums. As for the lack...

Thought of one other thing: If the combo ends with a super (or some other move that takes a long time to finish), unless there's some compelling reason to show the WHOLE super, just skip to the next combo. For example, we've all seen a Proton Canon before, so if that's the last move of the combo, sk...

Re: Basic Combo Video Etiquette

2) Don't use Infinite Meter. Agreed. Infinite time also looks kinda tacky... 4) Try to mix things up a little. Use different stages, use different opponents, and if you have a good custom color, you might want to use that. I made this mistake in my Volume V. There is a part where Zangief and T.Hawk...
