Re: Capturing PS2 games in 60 FPS?

If you are using PS2 hardware you can try two things to get it to output 60fps. Either the BlazeTV HDPlayer which forces the PS2 to output in either HD resolution and framerates, or computer resolutions and framerates. Depending on the game it may cut off some portions of the screen so in general I ...

And that had to do with the 100%?

To be honest I was hoping for the requirements of fighting Vs Kairi or Shadowgeist.

the bottom half I know is a code in a test menu to unlock 2 characters. But I'm curious as to what the top half is.

Re: Any Advice on Choosing a Capture Card?

I saw this and am thinking about getting it http://www.micomsoft.co.jp/sc-500n1.htm http://micomsoft.co.jp/shop/sc-500n1.html mostly because capturing rgb from my PS1/PS2/arcade boards is seemingly impossible with my current equipment. Both of my intensity products are too picky about the sync and w...

That really depends on which anime your doing it from. I know Toei and funimation have musicblocked a few videos on youtube from the series "one piece".

Re: Got any Questions about WW, CE, HF, SSF2, ST, HSF2, or H

There was a problem with some charge moves not coming out consistently. Maybe it was a console-only issue though. I don't remember the details, but luckily i found an old SRK discussion where Graham and i went over it - although i don't remember having that conversation either. Man, there were some...

Re: Timing converter for capturing?

actually I have that too. Picture position and brightness are a little iffy on it (with CPS1 games, CPS2 and ZN2 I think were fine IIRC), screen would sometimes blank out as well for a split second (probably its solution to displaying the info too fast, instead of the tearing). I'll have to retest t...

Re: Timing converter for capturing?

I already have jrok and the sync cleaner, but neither one modifies the frequency of the sync so newer devices can interrept the video feed.

Timing converter for capturing?

While I was at UFGT7, Seb mentioned that he wanted to record some ST finals. But I told him that he could try however ST and other arcade games don't run NTSC framerates and the v-sync is a bit off so newer capturing methods have trouble interrepting the footage being sent to it. As I've had trouble...

Re: Tournies and what not

i've played against Justin before in SFEX3. He still wins the majority. Though I'm not really bothered by his playstyle. I'm normally a defensive player, quite similar to justin actually, but I'm no where near as good as him at footies. Luckily the matches were recorded so I can learn and maybe he'l...

Thats really all that you can do.

Thought most people like the EX3 soundtrack so you might not even feel a need a 2nd music track. Unless someone hacks a no music code or something with codebreaker.

I know one u2b user was filing copyright charges against people who edit his videos and upload parts of it. I think i've seen that before, or at least it looks vaguely familiar. But i'm surprised Arika/Capcom had enough foresight to disable block damage on super cancels. Props! I think that was more on arika's end. Cause if capcom had a hand in it they must have forgotten about it when CvS2 came out and ...

Sadly I have the same thing going on right now with my SFEX content from my website. aka some u2b players created a SFEX wikia and were linking directly to my files (like the 2 part all about SFEX video that I captured, various images like endings that I took the time to capture). Are there any plans to keep this emu updated as updates for the base pcsx2 emu are released? Mainly for compatability reasons. Since apparently my NTSC/US version of SFEX3 isn't compatable with 0.9.6 which pcsx2-rr is based on. But it is in the next beta release of 0.9.7 Of course for whatever reaso...
