Any Advice on Choosing a Capture Card?

Anyone know how much better is the HD PVR 2 over 1? I really only care about the video and audio quality but from what I understand, it can record at a higher resolution but it's only at 30 FPS (basically meaning if you want 60 FPS, 2 is the same as 1). Is this true? If it is, I'm happy enough keeping my HD PVR 1.
