thanks. hm that cancel existing is probably just not a good thing anyway, so i'm going to cut it. I think I've fixed the others that were my characters, there should be a new version up in the next few days depending on Zeipher.

I think you can add a mp in there to make the charging easier
I think he can do the same kind of thing with c.hk once you fix cl.mk

wow, I really didn't think it was possible to charge this in time, i'll have a second look

yeah a human might not be able to charge that fast idk. Did you reduce the charge time from 55 frames? It seems like I am only charging 43 frames in the script
But my script isn't very optimized for charge times, I could probably late cancel the lp dash and get some more charge time

unless i'm wrong this should be roughly it, but it doesn't seem to get in range to work. I'm not familiar with the program you are using, so i recreated it in automacro

you are not dashing, you need the dash at the start to get close enough
it works vs everyone in the corner. Out of the corner it loops a few times, some characters it's enough to get to the corner.

ohhh you have a point :oops:

oh man if someone can do that by hand consistenly by hand i would be very impressed (although not surprised)
hmm, this is unfortunate, no matter what i do to fix this, i probably have to sacrifice some fun.

edit: maybe not so impressed, i just did 2 reps by hand, and i am pretty terrible at execution.

edit: oh perhaps it will be fine if i lower the hitstop on 5hp, because the hitstop is what allows you to charge in time in the first place

I'm not using the hitstop on 5hp for charging, I actually stop charging before I press hp

edit: it's pretty hard to nerph it with charge time just beacuse there is a lot of charge time I'm not using here, I'm wondering if you can making something weird happen if you try to dash after an lp feint

about 1486ms or 89 frames
you would need to remove 49 frames of charge time to stop it from being tasable

I've left guile on the backburner while i've been focusing on other characters, only attempting to fix the obvious reported infs for him, mostly because I've got no good ideas that don't end up with his matchups getting really lopsided in his favor. I'll be doing some real work on guile, yang, cody and guy for the next version. You're doing more work and reporting than most of the playtesters we've had so far, so thank you.

Yeah there is a thin line with guile between week and op. I was surprised you didn't do much with the glasses, it's the only thing besides super meter that lasts between rounds

If Guile's infinites practically require tool-assistance, what's the harm in letting them stay? He's always had infinites and redizzy loops like that, but they've never been practical so it hasn't been a problem.
