kens run stop seems really quick, gotta be some combo using that off a fireball or somthing

I think it's more that you can cancel the run into normals. I saw someone do "Jump-in, cl.HP xx run, light".

Yeah, which kinds of confirms that Ken can't link mediums (or at least b.MP) from any light, because then he'd have infinites and stuff

So the current crop of SFV combo vids seem pretty boring. Given I haven't actually played it, but it seems that most people's fears that the combo system is too simple are true. But we only do have a few characters at the moment

Characters without something that can be used for more gimmicky stuff (Nash HP Sonic Boom and V-trigger, Birdie Banana peel) will probably not have anything interesting combo-wise after week one if it stays like this. Frame data and cancel properties are designed too deliberately to allow for interesting stuff.

Nothing too incredible, aliune found that with perfect walking Ryu can get st.mp, st.mp, st.lk tastsu on crouching chun, it's 1 frame link because you can't buffer the lk and have to hit it on the last possible frame while walking forward the rest of time

I figured it was something like that. Still, nice to know that there are some walking leniency at least.

Played R. Mika for a hot second at PAX; was with some random guy so I didn't have time to stop and test things.

They made her butt moves QCF. Feels weird.
