you should probably put some kind of installation instructions in the file or on your site. I've gotten a bunch of questions about it.

I added some instructions under the file on the site, i noticed people were spamming your vids with those questions.
We usually ignore them simply because it's not at all finished yet, so they should know what they're doing before they replace all of their stuff with it.
By the way, I fixed a lot of the infinites and changed a bunch of things on my characters.

Fixed (Hopefully!)
- Dudley's ez-mode cl.LK f+MK infinite - Forgot to adjust the interrupt on f+MK. Woopsie!
- Juri's ez-mode close normal xx fireball infinite - Adjusted interrupt and speed of the fireballs.
- Guile's infinites involving sonic booms - Increased recovery on booms. Might find some better way of doing it eventually, but I didn't want to nerf that far HK too much. glasses-on sonic booms are untouched.
- Honda flight mode height limit is lower, so he can be hit out of the sky by all characters, not just some.
- Oni infinite w fireballs 2hits - Temporary solution by making it knock down on crouching.
- Yang dash lp infinite - Fixed by adjusting dash cancel.
- Hawk dash lp infinite - Fixed by adjusting dash cancel.
- Hawk's ultras being low damage. - Adjusted to be around the same amount of damage of his regular super throw. U1 throw does a bit more damage. I should work some more on this character to make U1 stand out.
- Deejay MGU infinite in corner. - Found this in SA tourney. It's no longer an infinite.
- Rufus lk mk hk qcb+hk divekick infinite. - Fixed by adjusting pushback and cancel window of the divekick.
NOT Fixed (AKA Anotak's corner)
- Blanka blockstring infinite.
- Makoto dash cl.MP - j. qcb+LK infinite.
- Seth's infinites.
- Ibuki infinite.
(I asked Anotak if I should attempt fixing his characters for now but he wants to do it himself. Fair enough.)

Don't change guile.There is really no need.It's not a braindead loop.The distance keeps changing and the player must keep adjusting his combo.It's really not worth it making him suck just for that reason it.He's bad as is, nerfing him even harder is not needed.

what's the input for tatsu and raging demon with oni?
also he can hp, fireball, dash cancel, hp
How much did you increase the sonic boom recovery? You would need to increase it a lot to stop that combo

Oni has a movelist in the wiki. RD is All punches+LK iirc.

I see the problem I was having, it has lower priority then throw, so you can't do it raw, you have to cancel it.

I'll see if I can figure something else out for guile. I am thinking about ways to make him better though, involving the glasses stuff as well as buffing his approach a bit.

Error1, did you use something like autoit or autohotkey to do these? I don't quite have the execution to do some of these consistently enough, and if you used something like that it would help if i had a copy of the script you used so I could easily test.
i've fixed a quite a few of the easier ones like the ibuki spinkick one and the makoto kara one but the blanka one is giving me trouble to test consistently enough.

I use my keyboards built in macro program, I find it more consistent then software macros.
giving you the macros probably wouldn't do you much good.

keep in mind that his far lp is a frame faster then his close lp
The math is pretty simple. hp electricity gives +10 on block, close lp is 4 frames, if the cancel window for the dash starts on frame 7 it should stop it.

installed the new updates,
found an infinite with juris new fireball, it's really easy to make her hk fireball hit meaty
guile far hk, sonic boom still works, standing and crouching. You just need to walk forward a few frames before doing the hk.
suspect oni might have one vs standing, not sure tho

I'm working on a new update right now. In it, I reverted guile's interrupt frames to his old one on the booms, but you can only cancel late in the far HK animation.
I'll mess with juri's fireballs some more to get rid of the remaining infinites. If you can document if the oni vs standing infinite works, I'll do my best at unfucking it.

adon, cammy, ibuki, ken and cody also have dashing jab infinites.
can't figure out a setup for oni, probably doesn't have one. He can do f+hk, lp hadou, mk vs some characters at far ranges, but I don't think he can get far enough away to loop it.
I'll go ahead and do a video for the juri one beacuse it kind of complex.

well, i was at ceo and a local (Kasucode) was kind enough to let us use his PC to run remix, so there were casuals all weekend and also there was an 8man tournament on friday.
here's 2 videos from the tournament recorded on my cellphone. we have some pretty serious balance issues but that's why it is great to have playtests like this so we can fix them! i'm going to nerf and buff some of these things accordingly lol

I had to fix the corner tiger destruction whiffing in sagat mirrors, something that has been basically a bug since sf4 vanilla.
I've been trying to fix everything of this nature I know about like ibuki's overhead whiffing on crouching chun/ibuki, ibuki's tc4 whiffing on crouching blanka/rose/viper, and the sagat one, but those were easier for me to know about because i mained those 2 characters throughout sf4's life. But I know that the SF4 series has a ton of weirdnesses like this, if you guys have the time could you let me know about them, I'll see what I can do. I'm mostly concerned with things obviously not working as intended like parts of moves whiffing only on certain characters and becoming unsafe-on-hit or overheads that miss crouchers or lows that miss standing people (speaking of which I should fix that rose vs blanka slide thing!)

I uploaded a new version yesterday.
I went through all my characters to add some stuff I missed first time around and added Bison, and Anotak added vega and abel, as well as an improved Gen.
Some characters that sucked before, like Guile and Rufus should have the tools needed to not suck now.
Some fun things:
- I added A3 v-ism to yang. New seienbu input is dd+LPMP for light, LPHP for medium, MPHP for heavy.
- Guile got chargeable booms/flashkick. I haven't done a lot with the fully charged booms or flashkics yet, but I think it makes for fun combo things (hopefully no infs)
- Honda now has 8way airdash instead of flymode.
- Rufus has KOF2K2 Takuma "fireballs".
- Bison has airdash teleports with db/d/df+PPP/KKK. Also works off headstomp.
- Stop barfing roses, Dudley

I found my back-ups. I just backed up the individual files within the folders themselves instead of the actual folders, thanks for the help though.

we're still at it. every character should be usable at this point! the directory structure in the zip should match the 1.07 patch's directory structure, i'm working on a more proper installer. as always, please make backups
the wiki on the site should have complete-ish movelists if nothing else
