I never really realized how prissy the west coast was till I saw this. Yeah I seen some shit before, even been to cali a few times, but this..

I dunno, I live on the east coast. And I already know EC storms ain't shit to the midwest. Midwest is for real. So yeah, I can't really relate to "omg hail... HAIL! There is SHIT falling from the sky in sunny California!?!". Because hail to me is like "oh, cool, again?". And yeah it rains here in the spring and fall regularly. And winds get high enough that they fuck with your car while you are driving occasionally -- like in the past decade there's been many times where you are driving down the road and wind takes you nearly into the other lane. High winds from time to time is just a thing. And all of that is seriously nothing to the midwest and north.

y'all been acting like it's an amazing phenomenon in the west coast, so it's hard for me not to point and snicker, it just seems so prissy. It's like anyone else pointing and laughing at a basement-hugging weaboo-hikikomori, like failed-to-launch attic-troll.

I can't express in words how much i love rain.

Btw the whole "team news coverage of rain" joke has nothing to do with Californians being afraid of air water. The reason it's a big deal is because most of our homes and roads aren't designed/maintained to handle three straight days of rain. Everything floods and leaks, and it would be a waste of resources to do anything drastic about it because it only happens once or twice a year. We have other priorities to worry about, like the fucking ground moving.
