Question about akuma and raging demon

Was just thinking in 3s you can combo s.hk into raging demon, and i heard the reason it's able to work is because his s.hk makes them face backwards so i was thinking is this a 3s only thing where he can combo raging demon to people's back?
I thought of an idea to combo raging demon in alpha 2 using the glitch that makes the opponent face backwards but im thinking that comboing the raging demon on the back is a 3s only thing and if it is does anyone have an explaination for it? is it a glitch?

Nah it's a legit feature, not a glitch. In the whole SF3 series, command throws combo after moves that turn the opponent around. It comes from Alex's signature Flash Chop into Power Backtrop gimmick. Lots of 3S characters can do similar things, including Hugo, Ibuki, Oro, Necro and so on. It doesn't work outside the SF3 series, with the exception of CFJ where Alex is the only person who can do it.

Oddly there's a very bizarre quirk where Ibuki's SA.2 will combo against the entire cast who gets spun by her j.HP except Elena and Urien.

Why those two characters specifically are immune to the combo is beyond me.

However, incidentally, it is a somewhat universal feature. This can be seen when editing the console version's system direction settings to enable cancelling of anything, which lets you combo command grabs off spin moves.

Ah i see i gathered it was a 3s only thing or else i would have already seen this comboing from the back thing being used already in other games.
