New Combo Challenges

Post by Doopliss »

I think we should start doing some more combo challenges, it was really hype and fun, and I kinda miss them. I'm gonna try to come up with something interesting, and I hope someone else does too. SFxT has a lot of new mechanics and stuff, so I'm sure we can come up with some fun challenges in there. If someone comes up with another multi-game challenge, that would be cool too.

Good luck dude, sounds like a good idea. Actually i'd love to issue some combo challenges for PASBR, but the release date is still two and half months away and i have feeling the last month is going to be crazy with all kinds of random obligations.

SFxT does seem like a good playground for combo challenges. I still haven't gotten a chance to explore that game myself apart from playing it for a couple of hours when it first came out. Clearly the system is pretty flexible though, with lots of glitchy tag tricks to bend the rules.

I think I've got a good one already. Land 5 air normals. Target combos only counts as one. Medium: No Cross Assault. Hard mode: No tag cancels. Gonna think about other things too though.

This sounds awesome! I would have kept up with the challenges, but being that I give out prizes (or at least keep trying to finish them), the work I have is backed up when every day things keep pushing me back. SFxT challenges would be awesome though, Doop. I'd love to see what you can come up with.

I was thinking about this too. The wesker video had really good reviews and I was thinking about doing a combo challenge for people to submit combos for the characters I did not do.

So does this mean Guile TACV is all squared away? Or maybe you're waiting for PSABR's release
