I drive an even-more-pink/magenta version of this: '95 Mercury Tracer

If I were to try and drive to EVO, I think it would crap out near Pittsburg

Hey at least magenta is a color. The Sentra is "champagne" color, which is what i say to avoid the truth aka "metallic beige."

Btw, it took me four tries to spell magenta:

magneto, magneta, magne, magenta

Sadly, my car does not have control over metals...I haven't tested if it can OTG people who have been knocked down, but I'm sure it can do some decent damage

I saw a bit of KoFXIII today around 2 or 3pm AEST. The KoF panel hasn't happened yet but afaik those aren't being streamed, they might get uploaded later.

Well, i got jchensor to sign an Evo2k11 program guide for you. I saw Justin before MvC3 finals and told him i was gonna track him down for an autograph later, but he got mad salty after he lost so i couldn't get ahold of him again. I'll see if i can find him in SoCal this week, but i don't want this to drag on forever so i'll just send it out this Saturday regardless. PM me your address or something.

By the way, i'm officially declaring combo video lunch a success this year. It was only Rithli, wolverine-master, a boatload of Vampire Savior kids i'd never met before, and me. We almost got gilley this time, but he sidestepped at the last minute.

But it still counts! And we had a blast. Can't wait to (try to) do it again next year.

We ate at the Sports Deli near the entrance of the Rio.
What we talked about? hmmmmmmm......Vampire Savior, X-men vs Street Fighter, Sentinel's robot animations from previous games, IzumojinX's new combo video, more vampire savior goodness, and some other stuff i was too busy stuffing my face to get involved with.
It was a good lunch.....I HAD FUN.

Evo usually moves around to a different casino every year, so this is how it works:

Day 1: Wait until you're starving, go looking for a decent meal at a decent price, get hella lost, walk into a random restaurant, pay $27.50 for a quesadilla.
Day 2: Share $27.50 quesadilla stories.
Day 3: Find the secluded food court where the food is reasonably overpriced.

So by Sunday, we kind of knew where we could get some pizza or Chinese food or whatever for (barely) under $10.

I finally got around to mailing out the Evo2k11 swag i collected for Snoooootch and Smileymike101. I basically grabbed two of everything i could find, even the lame stuff, except of course the stuff that i could only get one of.

Sorry it took a while. It was partly because i was insanely busy during/after Evo, partly because i wanted to send out the screenshot prize at the same time, and partly because Dogface and OneHandedTerror told me they wanted to hang out this weekend so i figured i'd get them to autograph the Evo2k11 program guides too. (Proof!) I think you guys will enjoy Dogface's scribbles in particular.

Cool, i'm glad it arrived without any problems. Yeah those were the two things i couldn't get more of. Actually by the time i got to Evo on Saturday, all the regular badges were gone.

Did you see Dogface's signature? Yours doesn't have jchensor's because i only asked him to sign for Smileymike101, and it didn't occur to me at the time that you might want one too. (And he's been chilling on a boat lately so i couldn't even get ahold of him in SoCal.)

Who's going to Evo this year? I'm probably carpooling/staying with a few ex-coworkers on Friday morning/afternoon and we're heading back after finals on Sunday (which is amateur hour, but whatever, i'm not driving).

If anyone here is going, we should meet up for lunch/dinner on Saturday or something.
