I forgot to mention youtube will remove these things for you if you ask. Speedruners run into this quite a bit and have had good luck getting youtube to remove videos. http://speeddemosarchive.com/forum/inde ... 345.0.html
I hear they normally just remove all videos from an offending channel.

Re: Fighting Game Tool-Assisted Speedruns
Thanks, they just started accepting arcade submissions so mine was the first arcade game submitted. So sdr has had 3 of his street fighter submissions rejected recently but he just submitted a xsf that looks likely to be accepted http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NLP1GGy69EQ I have a few problems with ...

I don't think those count because that's the official name capcom used to call them.

http://www.fenixware.net/fab/ As I understand it, it's a database dedicated to fighting games. Looks like it's still a work in progress, but seems to have at least some info on every fighting game made. Not super useful right now but a good place to go if you want to look up every game Zangief has b...

Re: Fighting Game Tool-Assisted Speedruns
yah sdr has done a ton of those, frankly I find them boring. Fighting games in general are hard to make an entertaining tas and I didn't see anything there that I thought couldn't be done by a human. I'm not familiar with the speed hack but it sounds cool. I think sf2 rainbow would make the most ent...

Re: MvC2 Blackheart Tutorial Videos
I enjoy playing the prince of darkness just because he has a unique play style, but I never thought he was any good. It almost seems like having an airdash automatically makes a char viable for competitive play.
Anyway great video I learned a lot.

Re: Fighting Game Tool-Assisted Speedruns
oh, that's what you meant by hit limit. Yah I don't think there isn't any way around it, still I don't think most supers cause instant knock down after a set number of hits in the air like most projectile supers. Many like shoryu reppa or yoga inferno won't get full hit's in the air just because it ...

Re: Fighting Game Tool-Assisted Speedruns
I didn't think you could do a super during a custom combo in sfa2, unless your Akuma, then you can do his air fireball super. I think supers have inf juggle potential anyway but once the opponent starts falling they become invincible, so as you hit them higher and higher it becomes harder to keep ju...

Re: Fighting Game Tool-Assisted Speedruns
getting hit at the end of the round was just for style, the same thing happens to the opponent regardless. I almost didn't keep the Sagat uppercut glitch beacause I did the same thing in the first round, but I watched it and loled so I figured it was worth keeping. Yah I got lucky finding those two ...

Wow, just wow
Seriously, he removed the title and end saying who did it and changed the music. This is why you need to put all your videos on you tube or else you get this crap.

Re: Background Music Muting Procedures
I feel I should mention that any cd or dvd based game that plays the music off the disk/iso you can mute the music by taking the disk out or loading a savestate with the wrong disk.

nice video
normally when I'm ambushed by a pyro as soldier I rocket jump away in a random direction, no aiming involved and they never expect it, plus once I killed a cloaked spy with a completely random rocket jump.

Re: The Key to Choosing Combo Video Music
Personally I'm a fan of video game music, and I notice that good video game music is usually light on bass. I tried a video with some drum heavy songs from jet set radio and sotn and it sounded fine to me, so it could be they know something about how to use bass in games ( or it could be that I rela...

Re: Side Projects aka plug whatever you want
my god a chronologically accurate street fighter time line. I like how you remembered Street Fighter 2010, it should get a 20 year re release. If my math is right Street fighter 5 will take place between Street Fighter Zero 3 Double Upper and Super Street Fighter II X Grand Master Challenge for Matc...
