I only checked out the PSP version after it was mentioned here. The recording is new.

Yeah, it's decent. The four button issue can be avoided with an emulator, although you might as well just use the PSP version.

The GBA version has one-button throws.

The big changes in Upper are the removal of crouch canceling and whiffed throws not building meter.

Doopliss: Eagle, Maki and Yun are in the GBA version.

Most blatant juggles are useless because of air recoveries.

No.

proxy-cancel
Kick style j.HK -> Super works by canceling the startup frames of the second hit of j.HK into the Super. In this combo, c.HP is chained into s.HK and s.HK's startup frames get canceled into the Super.

The super isn't cancelable. Are you talking about "Kick style j.HK -> proxy cancel into Super"?

Correct, but level 2/3 can make sense because the damage of the first hit is higher (24/30/36).

- Punish whiffs

- Punish activated V-Ism

- Corner escape

Combos:

- Jump in trade -> air recovery -> Super

- Kick style j.HK -> proxy cancel into Super

- And these

If the monitor has a DVI port, an HDMI to DVI adapter can be used.
You can get a converter HDMI->VGA pretty cheaply.
A cheap HDMI to VGA adapter will only work if his laptop can output an analog signal, which it probably can't. Edit: Typo.

My advice to beginners is to use your own brain as much as possible. If all you do is follow guides and tutorials, you'll always be a follower.

You've probably heard this before: RAID is not a backup.

The IcyDock MB981U3-1SA Docking Station could be useful. Here's a review.

Re: Backing Up Old Projects

I don't recommend relying on optical discs for backups of things you can't afford to lose. I haven't looked into Blu-ray burning, but when it comes to DVDs, it goes like this: You need high quality discs, such as Taiyo Yuden or Verbatim's DVD+R with the media code "MCC 004". MCC 004 made i...
