Also looks like Vega only takes 110% damage now without the mask, compared to a massive 125% in vanilla.

Why he has it, I'm not sure, but he might not be using a PC to play it, just the monitor. Most likely, I have my 360 in the VGA slot of my monitor while my PC uses the DVI. Switch between them with the push of a button. I assume they're either doing the same thing or they're using the keyboard for ...

Seth's Ultra had some sort of limited juggle potential as well didn't it? Hitting a SB after activating the Ultra meant no swirly damage (for lack of a better name) didn't it.

I'm hoping that U1 has at least some sort of stealth buff. Vega got a boost to his U1, surely Guile should get one too, otherwise he's just going to be left with 1 1/2 Ultras :( I have a feeling some of the hits in his super are free hits so I wouldn't be suprised if you got 2 or 3 hits of the ultra...

I don't know if this has been seen before, but normally if you do a QCFx2 you don't move, but if you press focus after the input you dash forward. If you're quick enough you can just press the button(s) for your super/ultra after the dash. Someone has probably found this before but I'm throwing it o...

Heh, I never got round to writing my own guide on it, did learn quite a few things thanks to Maj's SF4 Combo System Exploration posts though.
