I saw your post on srk before I saw this and thought we both coincidentally had the same idea. lol The easiest way to rig this up IMO would be to use a couple of CD4066 switches. These switches could provide the most accurate simultaneous input on both CCC2 ST, Supergun, and the LED with the push of...

I've actually been thinking about how to PROVE the input lag on CCC2 (cuz it's so obvious it's there) since a couple months ago, and I've already posted how in the CCC2 info thread started by Sirlin. I'll copy it over here. Somebody with an ST board+supergun and PS2 CCC2 and two of the same TVs coul...

Good stuff. I've actually been thinking about the same thing myself recently. I know I'm like Maj when it comes to making combos on the default speed, which we all know to skip frames. Now, the thing is we also know that cvs2 at speed3 skips every 5 frames (I don't know if it's the 6th frame that ge...

Saturn bows his head down at Maj's heels in defeat, sf3ng style. Seriously though, I'm amazed that the kid didn't turn sour and just stop making sense like a lot of e-kids I've seen. You found out about DeeJay's unique Machine Gun Punch properties while you were discussing things with him too. This ...

The CPU Iori threw jab fireball as I hit him with Sagat's early j.hk. I landed into the FB and got hit obviously, and Iori recovered in time and comboed ...

OK. SSF2 - "Let's slow the speed back to CE days" = RETARDED decision. This game still makes me mad. 3s - Making projectiles/attacks have their own "side" so that you have to remember which side it came from and block it accordingly aka unblockables. Didn't ruin the game, but it'...

I didn't watch Saturn's Ken speed run, but I doubt that he did all the combos you can do with Ken, let alone knowing "all possible combos" with him. Sick ass Ken combos though. Some of it were good enough to throw into a video. Edit- you know what? I don't think he really knows how to do r...

Actually, you/I/we can get the resolution (720x480), refreshrate (60Hz), and format (progressive) through any stock component cable for the PS2 if we use the Xploder HDTV player. We simple don't need VGA to do what we're trying to do. When I said VGA, I was talking about DC since DC supports VGA nat...

I'm so dumb for thinking that my footage in my DV cam = progressive. Yeah, you're right. You would definitely need a program pad. This is crazy. As of right now, there is absolutely ZERO blockage on the internet connect at work. I tested all of my usual websites that used to be blocked (they all work) and I even tried some blatantly obvious candidates for blockage aka hustler and it still went through w/o a problem.

That's really clever. I've never thought of getting progressive 59.94fps footage like that. A bit of work but that's sooo worth it. BTW, you wouldn't need a p-pad at all. All you need to do is have the footage on a tape (I use my DV camcorder to record and I play them back later and capture them). T...

I didn't know you could aa with jab dp and then activate to continue. Is that hard to do? I would probably have to RC the jab dp in real matches to hit them high like that, huh.
