I’ve added a quick schedule reference to the About page, just to give you guys an idea of what ComboVid will look like going forward. This whole website is only ten days old, so a lot will change in the coming months.
Ideally, i’d love to showcase 2-3 new combo videos every day, but there aren’t that many being produced and i’d rather not post unedited single clips. If anyone wants to suggest any new videos for consideration, please refer to these basic submission guidelines. I’m always willing to review new material, for any game really – as long as it meets those criteria.
I’m also trying to decide on the best way to handle game industry news. Truthfully, i couldn’t care less about the vast majority, because at least 90% of it is pointless rumor-mongering. Who cares if B.B. Hood is going to be in MvC3? Until we have gameplay footage showing her moves, there’s absolutely nothing to discuss.
Some of it can be interesting though. For instance, it would’ve been nice to post a quick update back when Thor was officially announced for MvC3 – simply because the gameplay trailer would’ve been fun to discuss. So i guess if you guys catch anything substantial from an official source, please send me an e-mail and i’ll take a look.
