SF4 Screenshot Special Prequel

Here’s the third batch of Street Fighter IV screenshots taken from the (unmodded) PC version of the game. I don’t think “threequel” is a real word, so “prequel” will have to do.

sf4-guile-rose-01

SF4 Guile cancels HP Sonic Boom into LK Double Flash while Rose EX Focus Attack dash cancels LP Soul Spark, then activates her Illusion Spark ultra as their projectiles collide.

sf4-feilong-gen-01

SF4 Fei Long’s HK Rekkukyaku rises up to challenge Gen’s HK Oga: Far Kick in the air.

sf4-sagat-sakura-01

SF4 Sagat whiffs LK Tiger Knee after jumping over Sakura’s lvl2 Focus Attack initiation.

sf4-elemental-damage-01

SF4 Ken’s HP Shoryuken trades with C.Viper’s HP Thunder Knuckle, dizzying both characters. Interestingly, both characters had matching stun symbols all four times i tried this.

The same graphics settings were used as for the initial batch.

    Full Screen: OFF
    Display Resolution: 1280×720
    Display Refresh Rate: 60
    Display V-Sync: ON
    Frame Rate: Variable
    Aspect Correction: AUTO
    Brightness: 50
    Parallel Rendering: ON

Basically everything is either default presets or as high as it would go.

I guess it still isn’t as easy to take SSFIV screenshots, but I think a great follow-up to the one with Sagat and Sakura would be Sakura charging a focus attack while Abel holds Breathless.

That’d be awesome, if you could make a batch of SSF4 screenchots. Imagine! just dudley rose taunt hitting boxer would be godly :o

The only way i can take SSF4 screenshots is through my S-Video capture card and they’d end up looking pretty bad compared to these. I mean i’d love to take some Ultra Sonic Hurricane screenshots, but i’m not going to bother unless i can get direct shots somehow. As far as i know, you need a PS3 or Xbox 360 dev kit to do that. Those cost like $10k or something.
