Wait wait, so Athena teleported into Haoh Shokoken, then reappeared at her starting postition, and… and… I wasn’t even sure what parts of that combo were actually hitting her. Nice combos.
I still can’t get enough of Kim’s pants flopping around when he’s in neutral btw. It’s hypnotic.
The old Athena teleport property: in KOF when a character performs a teleport displacing move (Athena, Chizuru, etc.) the sprite it’s still in it’s initial position while the displaced shadow acts like a “limb” (think Billy’s rod, Dhalsim arms, Vice’s snake arm, etc.) thus when something hits the shadow it does hit the sprite which is still in the original place. The sprite appears after the motion it’s done (when the “shadow” reaches its destination).
