Joo’s Combo Collection

Today happens to mark the one-year anniversary of the official release of Joo’s Marvel vs Capcom 2 Combo Collection DVD – containing 130 unbelievably technical combos, featuring every character in the game, and representing over five years of research and perseverance. Please join us in watching it one more time and leave a comment sharing your favorite combo!

This project demonstrates what’s possible in MvC2 when both an exhaustive scientific approach and programmable controllers are employed. There are approximately 35 minutes of combos, one hour of game engine tutorials, and two hours of combo commentary content.

My favorite combo is Guile vs Sentinel (at 0:14 in Chapter 2), because Sonic Booms!!

But there are waaayy too many amazing combos to even begin to name. I’m still blown away by that Dhalsim slide combo (at 4:45 in Chapter 1) every time i see it. Of those Cable Time Flip combos (at 1:07 in Chapter 4) are both awesome from start to finish. And that Wolverine vs Roll combo (at 5:52 in Chapter 6) looks so fresh!

i also love that guile combo ’cause it has all three supers; and the last one is after a side-switching air flash kick

In the top of my 2010 combo video’s list.
A truly form of combo art.

I love Jill, so my favorite is the Jill combo in Chapter 2. She has always been on my MvC2 teams.
